1. การยอมรับข้อกำหนด

การใช้ TCL HENYONT ถือว่าคุณรับทราบนโยบายความเป็นส่วนตัวและยอมรับข้อกำหนดนี้ หากมีการเปลี่ยนแปลงสาระสำคัญ เราอาจขอให้คุณรับทราบหรือยอมรับฉบับใหม่ก่อนใช้งานต่อ

2. บัญชีผู้ใช้งาน

หนึ่งองค์กรหรือชุดบริการมีบัญชีผู้ดูแลไม่เกิน 1 บัญชี และบัญชีสมาชิกไม่เกิน 3 บัญชี หากต้องการเพิ่มเติมให้ติดต่อ TOPCOOLING เพื่อพิจารณาแพ็กเกจ

3. หน้าที่ของผู้ใช้

• ให้ข้อมูลบัญชีถูกต้องและรักษารหัสผ่านกับอุปกรณ์ให้ปลอดภัย
• ไม่แบ่งปันบัญชี ใช้งานตามสิทธิ์ และแจ้งเหตุผิดปกติทันที
• ตรวจสอบความถูกต้องและผลกระทบก่อนสั่งงานอุปกรณ์ระยะไกล

4. การแจ้งเตือนทางอีเมล

จำกัดไม่เกิน 10 ฉบับต่อ 60 นาที และ 20 ฉบับต่อวันตามเวลาไทย เมื่อครบโควตา ระบบอาจระงับเฉพาะอีเมลชั่วคราว โดย Alarm และการแจ้งเตือนในแอปยังทำงานตามปกติ

5. การแจ้งเตือนในแอป

เราไม่กำหนดเพดานการแจ้งเตือนในแอป แต่ไม่รับประกันการส่งถึงหรือความล่าช้า เนื่องจากอินเทอร์เน็ต อุปกรณ์ ระบบปฏิบัติการ Firebase และบริการภายนอก

6. การสั่งงานระยะไกล

ผู้มีสิทธิ์สามารถปรับตั้งค่าหรือสั่งงานอุปกรณ์ได้ และ TOPCOOLING อาจบันทึกผู้สั่ง คำสั่ง ค่าเดิม ค่าใหม่ และเวลาเพื่อการตรวจสอบและความปลอดภัย

7. การใช้งานที่ไม่ได้รับอนุญาต

ห้ามเจาะระบบ หลีกเลี่ยงสิทธิ์ รบกวนบริการ สร้าง Alarm จำนวนมากโดยเจตนา ใช้กับอุปกรณ์หรือสถานที่ที่ไม่ได้รับอนุญาต คัดลอก/ถอดรหัสแอป หรือใช้งานผิดกฎหมาย

8. การระงับบริการ

บริษัทอาจระงับบัญชีหรือฟังก์ชันเมื่อใช้งานเกินข้อจำกัด มีความเสี่ยงด้านความปลอดภัย เข้าถึงโดยไม่ได้รับอนุญาต หรือฝ่าฝืนข้อกำหนด โดยจะแจ้งเหตุผลเมื่อทำได้

9. ความพร้อมใช้งาน

บริการอาจหยุดชะงักจากการบำรุงรักษา อินเทอร์เน็ต ไฟฟ้า อุปกรณ์ หรือผู้ให้บริการภายนอก

10. ทรัพย์สินทางปัญญา

แอป ซอฟต์แวร์ หน้าจอ เครื่องหมายการค้า เอกสาร และองค์ประกอบของระบบเป็นทรัพย์สินของ TOPCOOLING หรือผู้ให้สิทธิ ห้ามทำซ้ำ เผยแพร่ หรือใช้โดยไม่ได้รับอนุญาต

11. ข้อจำกัดความรับผิด

ภายใต้ขอบเขตกฎหมาย TOPCOOLING ไม่รับผิดความเสียหายจากการตั้งค่าผิด การแจ้งเตือนล่าช้า อินเทอร์เน็ต ไฟฟ้า บริการภายนอก อุปกรณ์บุคคลอื่น หรือการใช้บัญชีโดยไม่ได้รับอนุญาตจากความบกพร่องของผู้ใช้

12. กฎหมายที่ใช้บังคับ

ข้อกำหนดนี้อยู่ภายใต้กฎหมายไทย คู่กรณีจะพยายามเจรจาแก้ไขข้อพิพาทร่วมกันก่อนดำเนินการตามกฎหมาย

1. Acceptance

Using TCL HENYONT means that you acknowledge the Privacy Policy and accept these Terms. For material changes, we may require acknowledgement or acceptance before continued use.

2. User accounts

Each organization or service package may have no more than one administrator account and three member accounts. Contact TOPCOOLING for additional accounts or packages.

3. User responsibilities

• Provide accurate account information and protect passwords and devices.
• Do not share accounts, use the service within your permissions, and report suspected compromise promptly.
• Check accuracy, safety, and impact before issuing remote equipment commands.

4. Email alerts

Email alerts are limited to 10 messages per 60 minutes and 20 messages per day, Thailand time. When a quota is reached, only email alerts may be suspended temporarily; in-app alarms and events may continue.

5. In-app notifications

We do not set a maximum for in-app notifications, but cannot guarantee delivery or timing because of internet, device, operating-system, Firebase, and third-party limitations.

6. Remote commands

Authorized users may configure or command connected equipment. TOPCOOLING may record the operator, command, old value, new value, and time for audit and security.

7. Prohibited use

You may not hack, bypass access controls, disrupt the service, intentionally create excessive alarms, use the service with unauthorized equipment or sites, copy/decompile the app, or use the service unlawfully.

8. Suspension

We may suspend an account or feature for exceeding limits, security risk, unauthorized access, or violation of these Terms. We will explain the reason when reasonably possible.

9. Availability

The service may be interrupted by maintenance, internet, power, equipment, or third-party service failures.

10. Intellectual property

The app, software, screens, trademarks, documents, and system components belong to TOPCOOLING or its licensors. Do not copy, distribute, or use them without permission.

11. Liability

To the extent permitted by law, TOPCOOLING is not responsible for loss caused by incorrect settings, delayed alerts, internet, power, third-party services or equipment, or unauthorized account use resulting from the user's failure to protect access.

12. Governing law

These Terms are governed by Thai law. The parties will attempt to resolve disputes through discussion before pursuing legal procedures.
