ขั้นตอนการลบบัญชี

  1. กรอกอีเมลเดียวกับที่ใช้สมัคร Henyont
  2. เปิดอีเมลจาก Henyont และกดลิงก์ยืนยันภายใน 30 นาที
  3. ตรวจสอบคำเตือนแล้วกด “ลบบัญชี”
  4. บัญชีจะเข้าสถานะรอลบ 14 วัน และลบถาวรเมื่อครบกำหนด
  5. หากเปลี่ยนใจ ให้ใช้ลิงก์กู้คืนที่ส่งทางอีเมลก่อนครบกำหนด

ข้อมูลที่จะถูกลบ

  • บัญชี โปรไฟล์ รูปโปรไฟล์ และ Token การเข้าสู่ระบบ
  • FCM Token การตั้งค่าและประวัติการแจ้งเตือน
  • ข้อมูลห้อง การตั้งค่า การเชื่อมโยง และอุปกรณ์ที่บัญชีเป็นเจ้าของ
  • ประวัติอุปกรณ์ เหตุการณ์ และข้อมูลที่เชื่อมโยงตามที่ระบบสามารถระบุได้

Deletion steps

  1. Enter the email used for your Henyont account.
  2. Open the email from Henyont and follow the confirmation link within 30 minutes.
  3. Review the warning and select “Confirm account deletion.”
  4. The account is suspended for a 14-day grace period and is permanently removed when the deadline passes.
  5. Use the restore link sent by email before the deadline if you change your mind.

Data that will be deleted

  • Account, profile, profile photo, and sign-in tokens.
  • FCM Token, notification settings, and notification history.
  • Rooms, settings, links, and equipment owned by the account.
  • Equipment history, events, and identifiable associated records.
Warning: The account is suspended after confirmation. You can restore it during the 14-day grace period; after the deadline, deletion is permanent. Information legally required to be retained may be access-restricted and kept only for the required period.
